Terms and Conditions for Booking
Renesa Nepal tours need advance payments which will be at least 50% to , secure the flight and hotel bookings and to provide you all the necessary things. The advance Payments can be made through Himalaya bank AC no.01901230670014 and SBI bank 17715241404441NPR also send through by western union major credit cards are accepted while guests are here.
Transportation:
Normally for Katmandu city we have deluxe coaches for sightseeing and airport transfer. For the Trekking destinations we provide heavy duty vehicles as per the condition of roads, to carry all the equipments along with the clients and our Nepalese crews
Passport and Visas:
1) We need at least six month valid passport and visa should be done with Nepal government rules otherwise the company will not be held responsible.
2 ) Health:
Renesa Nepal request you to checkup your health before starting your trip
3) Insurance: The guest should proceed by insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and lost of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for a trek does not exclude alpinism or mountaineering. Rescue insurance is not available in Nepal.
4 ) Cancellation :
If tour and trek is cancelled before half month 30% will be charged but within one week cancelled will not be refundable.
.5) Refunds
There will be no refunds if guest leaves a trip for any reason by their personal problem or whatever whatever, after it has begun. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services not used.
5) Delays and Itinerary Changes.Renesa Nepal will not be held responsible for any delays or changes in itineraries caused by an act, omission or other circumstances on the part of domestic airlines or helicopter companies in Nepal; the trekkers/travelers understand that such situations may occur, and that we will not be able to inform them of each possible problem.
6 ) Responsibility :
The traveler/trekker's responsibility to have valid passports and all visas and equipment that may be required on the selected tour. We do not accept responsibility for failure to obtain these visas for any reason, and do not accept responsibility for any passports or documents left with us for this purpose.
7 ) Price Changes :
The price can be changed depending on the condition event of significant changes in airfare, government regulations and taxes. We cannot make refunds to traveler/trekker who are adversely affected by changes in exchange rates.
8 ) Risk and Liabilities:
The traveler/trekker understands that during the course of the trip, certain risks and dangers may occur, including, but not limited to, if any happened, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities, and the forces of nature. The traveler/trekker agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey, and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any member of the tour group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of traveler/trekker, or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveler/trekker during the course of the trip, howsoever caused.
Included : Daily itinerary as described, the services are provided regarding the cost ad which we have done in agreements ,all inclusive camping or lodge trek with English speaking guide and porters, all meals on trek, tea, all fees and land transportation, coffee and boiled water, camping gear such as twin sharing tent, mattress, toilet tent, dinning/kitchen tent, necessary staff.
Not Included : Bottled beverages, tips, items of a personal nature, delay due to weather, equipment failure or situations beyond our control.
